5. Due to concerns related to the spread of COVID-19, City Council and other Board/Commission meetings will be hosted online via Zoom Meeting. Citizens are encouraged to listen in on the meetings and anyone wishing to address the City Council, Planning & Zoning Commission, Type A Board, or Type B Boards may submit comments on any topic or agenda item electronically by utilizing this Citizen Participation Form. All forms must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting. These comments will be read out loud and will be provided to the city secretary office for the record.
