Fees & Agreement

Ball Field Rental Fees
- Ball field rental: $20 per field
- Drag, chalk, or set up bases, if needed: $40
- Lighting: $25 per hour per field (lights will promptly be turned off at 11 p.m.)
- Whole day rental (4 hours or more): $75
- Whole weekend rental (Saturday through Sunday): $125
Concession Stand Rental Fees
- Cleaning/damage fee: $45 per man hour, plus supplies (if property is damaged or left with trash/debris)
- Concession stand rental: $20 per hour
- Deposit for concession stand key: $50 (returned after key is returned)
- Whole day (4 hours or more): $75 flat fee
Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all employees, officials, administrators, and governing bodies of the City of Keene for damages or injuries they may suffer as a result of use of ball fields. The City of Keene recommends each family carry adequate insurance in case of emergency and requires that an adult be present at all times during use of City property.
