The Records Division is responsible for maintaining and managing the department's official records and documentation. Records personnel process and maintain police reports, arrest records, citations, accident reports, and other law enforcement documents while ensuring information is accurate, secure, and readily accessible to authorized personnel.

The division also assists the public with requests for police records and works closely with officers, investigators, courts, and other agencies to ensure records are properly processed and maintained in accordance with applicable laws and department policies.
