Welcome to the City of Keene! The City of Keene provides water, wastewater, and trash collection services to its residents. There are also several other water service providers within the city limits of Keene. Please call City Hall at 817-641-3336 and select Option 2 to determine if water is provided by the City or one of the other providers.

New Customers

All new customers are required to pay a utility deposit prior to service activation.
  • $200.00 for properties located within city limits
  • $300.00 for properties located outside city limits
To verify whether your service address is inside or outside city limits, please call City Hall at 817-641-3336 and select Option 2.

To pay your utility deposit, please visit City Hall and show your driver's license. If you are renting, please bring a copy of your lease agreement; or if you are the property owner, bring Proof of Ownership.
